The Enterprise Center

The Enterprise Center is an architectural landmark located at the crossroads of Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas and dela Rosa streets in the Makati Central Business District.  The prestigious address of the top names in Philippine business, it showcases impeccably planned facilities, conceived and designed to meet the exacting demands of high-level decision-makers.

Inaugurated on July 6, 1999, The Enterprise Center’s two towers have a combined gross floor area of 147,311 square meters and seven basement car park levels that can accommodate 1,200 cars. It has an international food court that can accommodate over 1,000 people catered by 25 different concessionaires as well as a roster of convenient retail shops.

Tower 1 is 39 storeys high and has a helipad on its roof deck.  Tower 2 is 29 storeys tall with a Sky Garden on its roof deck, a perfect venue for corporate and social events.   On top of the podium deck is the Garden Loft, where tenants and guests can relax, chat, and smoke.
